Harmony arise! We are moving, living and active. The focus of our movement is to grow together and connect with Kingdom. Harmony is a revelation that creation longs for. We are grafted onto the vine which means we all belong to the royal line. We are drawing life out of our oneness with the King. We are Sons! We are the Bride! Together we are revealing a song of love from on High! Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done.

I love collaboration! This event was hosted at Mercer Creek in the youth building and aimed to inspire community to come together in there faith in Christ. This was a night of worshiping God with art and song. As I developed this performance painting with the accompanying sounds of the band and voices filling the room, I felt inspired to paint a portrait looking heavenward. I have been recently discussing the hope of a revived spirit in our first nations. The Native American people. Though unintentionally, as this face emerged I began to recognize a deeper revelation of that hope.

I created this space to exercise and embody movement, balance and meditation. I believe its important to retreat and process our thoughts. As I walk upon these extensions from the earth I connect and confirm my relationships with creative ideas. In movement I realize that God is moving and He loves us.

This painting is about mapping layers. In riddle format... the foreground is transparent, my eye follows lines and I begin to unravel the process. I look in, I see behind, from above and hope for a new revelation of the ever present. Painting has grown my ability to see and gives me a hunger for mysteries.

While sketching with shapes and shadows the light suddenly becomes my other eye. At that moment I realize I am looking at an object "with" the light. An easy thing to overlook no doubt, but non the less it's a picture of togetherness. You are the light and the truth. Stretch me to see into new perspectives. Tell me your secrets.
